I am a mother of three children.
I have been thru the Worcester Court System.
I have been denied my legal rights as a parent by Linda Coolen, Sean Wertheim, Crystal Clark, retired Judge Lian, Judge Denise Meagher and attorney Marc Bellerose.
I have been misrepresented by lawyer Gail Sullivan, and by Thomas V Murray of Worcester. I believe Tim Murray who is running for Lieutenant Governor of the state is his brother. Little help that did me.
Attorney Gail Sullivan did not have an office to meet me in instead met with me at Friendlys she took a check for $5,000 then was never ready for a single hearing in Needham or Worcester and got reprimanded by all Judges and made me look like a complete idiot. I believe she was paid 5,000 for only 3 court dates.
My second lawyer was Thomas V Murray of Murray and Murray of Worcester. Mr Murray had his own office in Worcester and listened to my case before getting a $5,000 check. He wrote up a few documents and represented me in the actual custody trial that he and his brother begged and pleaded with me to not go thru with. During the course of his asking me questions he suggested that instead of fighting this custody case to get my children why didnt I just have another baby and forget about my other children. Now looking back I should have been offended and walked out however he made me feel before getting my check that he believed in me.
Somehow Mr Thomas Murray managed to not be effective at all even with Crystal Clarks felony drug conviction and all the court appointed officials like GALs and super special GALS testifying to Judge Meagher that I should have full custody. Somehow even with all this evidence Mr. Thomas Murphy could not get me or my children a better situation than I had previous to starting this battle without a lawyer. I had the exact same arrangement I had before I spent the $$$ on lawyers that I have now. Now its just validated and in writing . I am the one who went to court asking for custody when Sean Wertheim was off with his bands touring around the country and he left my children with his mother Linda Coolen.
I WENT TO COURT ASKING FOR CUSTODY!!! Sean did not. I have no charges against me on anything ever. Never .
Crystal Clark who basically the Judge decided was best to raise my children is a convicted felon charged with selling and dealing cocaine. Crystal was made to testify to this in court.Crystal is not married to my ex. Thomas Murray couldnt get the Judge to not give custody to a convicted drug felon. Plus I had told the court that Sean was a drug dealer. He and she denied this. However she had a record. She denied it over and over but during the trial my attorney made her testify that she was a convicted felon and that was accurate.
I write because its the only recourse. I do not lie in these writings.
They are the truth and what I testified to in court.
if what they are saying about you is not true then you can get them for slander……and remember people who talk about you only do it because they live a boring life and have to put other people down just to make them feel good about themselves
This slander thing in theory is great but family court is not like real court like criminal court. In family court the judges have full discretion to run their courtrooms however they please really. Im not rich and do not gave a fancy lawyer. Actually bringing a case about slander would require time and money when all I want is my kids not a lifelong battle in the courts against a sitting judge. Who has the years and money to do this and actually prevail?

Child support etc..
I want for my ex- husband not to get free rent in my head and feel it is counter productive to make a career out getting the justice system to acknowledge his criminal behavior. He’s a scumbag- he hides money- never sees his kid – and pays child support based upon joint custody 50%-50% split of parenting time between us.
He couldn’t pick out his daughter in a line up.His financial statement is the biggest joke I ‘ve ever encountered.

My ex tells the judge I deny him visitation and she believes it.
