Judge Denise Meagher wrong before?

I just found this interesting case concerning Honorable Judge Meaghers custody decision in another case.

Here is a quote from the article… this is what the justice found out about Meaghers ruling…
“The single justice found that “potentially significant facts may not have been fully developed or given adequate consideration in the trial court.” The Appeals Court said in its Feb. 22 ruling that it “substantially” agreed with that assessment and was sending the case back to Worcester Probate and Family Court for further proceedings
According to the decision, Judge Meagher “misunderstood and misapplied relevant legal principles and failed to make the careful factual findings necessary” for determining the key issues in the case. The Appeals Court also found that Judge Meagher erred in dismissing Ms. Shao’s complaint for a division of marital property…….”
Im so shocked that Judge Meagher misunderstood and misapplied something or that potential or important facts were not considered in her ruling. <<<<please note sarcasm
This insane judge Meagher did same to my two children. My estranged wife is a drunk who has an exstensive dss record of child and husband abuse and this sick judge gives her the kids even though dss suggests she is so u btable that I should have full legal and physical custody. The more the mother drank around kids and did the nastiest things to me and the kids, the more the judge gave her. and the past few times we were in front of her she treatened to have dss take kids from both of us just for being in her court again. something needs to be done about this lover of child abusers. we need to band together and keep screaming untill someone hears us. I’ve just contacted Diane Williamson from worc. tel.
I contacted the Telegram and gazette also after my ordeal as there was an article in the paper about how Judge Meagher was reprimanded for ruling incorrectly in another child custody case. I got the cold shoulder from the writer of the article who said they do not handle child custody cases.
We have no recourse really in the courts if we have no money to go thru the whole process. If we went thru the whole process our kids will be 18 and it wont matter. Our only recourse is online statements about her and hopefully others will see the type of judge she is and realize that she is very unfair and we can all tell our stories about her here.
Thanks for your story and I feel bad for you and your children. Judge Meagher does not realize how she affects the lives of the children that she rules over. She puts them in the hands of drunks and drug dealers and continues on with her life after destroying families. I personally doesnt know how she lives with herself.
judge denise meagher ruled in my case, that i have to pay another $375.00 on top of the $3475.00 dollars i already paid towards my daughter’s braces. my ex-husband doesn’t pay my child support, and now, he only has to pay $375.00 toward the braces. i showed up to court with 2 years of dance that i paid for and $20,000 worth of credit card receipts of all the clothes and everything else i pay for. plus, i had proof that i take her to school everyday. i found out that he had dental insurance 2 days before court and he wasn’t going to tell me. the divorce degree clearly states tat both parties share medical and dental cost equally. he makes $78,000 per year and i barely make $14,000 with my two part time jobs. he could afford a lawyer and i couldn’t. i even proved his lawyer was a liar by demanding proof that he paid for skiing when my daughter doesn’t even like to ski. whoever has the most money to hire the best liar (i mean lawyer) to lie for you wins. the justice system is a farce.
Whoever has the most money for the beat liar is totally true. I find most people think that custody court is the same as like criminal court. Where you can show evidence dispute facts etc.. I have found in custody court anything goes. No rules really judge basically does and says and acts how she wants. Only people who have gone thru this understand the ridiculousness of family court. The saddest part is its the children that are hurt and scarred for life and their voices are never heard from as judge meagher could care less whats in the kids best interest. Her main concern i believe is $$$$$
This Judge is unethical and MEAN. Would rather favor a parent that beat a woman (with pictures and a police report) and has a drug and alcohol problem over a parent that doesn’t. She wants to hear nothing from the completely clean and sober side (never did drugs in their life!), denies every motion the person makes to protect their child, and will take evidence from her “favorite” person (that has DUI’s on their record), and wont take evidence to support the other sides story, and interrupts every word. She does nothing but yell at people all day, unless your favored, then she will smile at you like your her best friend (even wave!) She could care less for the children involved….

She reacted to me in the exact same way. Im sorry for the way she has treated you and your family but now i really know im not alone.
To anyone who can help me – please reply. I have been, and continue to be stepped on by Judge Denise Meagher for no logical or factual reason. She wouldn’t even allow my lawyer to speak in court on our motions. She dismissed us before it even began. She is out of control and frankly mentally unstable. She needs to be stopped. My lawyer is afraid to challenge her because as she put it “my career in the Worcester Courts would be over”. So I’m on my own. It seems like there has to be some recoarse for this family crushing lunatic. I can handle myself, and I will survive one way or another, but my 3 kids are forever deeply scarred by this experience. Please contact me if you think you can help in anyway. I have a GAL motion to be heard in Dec. and a pre-trial hearing sceduled for Jan.’11.

HEY SHE IS MY FRIENDS MOM YOU ALL ARE JERK FACES.
Then ur a lucky child that u get to see your mother and know her. This judge or your mothers friend has wrecked other kids lives. I do not have this blog just because i do not like her. I had a guardian ad litem a special guardian ad litem and a court appointed psychologist tell judge meagher in court that i should have full custody. She heard this and saw all evidence and gave me exactly the same order i had 8 years previous.
My children cry n hold onto my legs begging not to be with their father. Beg plead and cry. I am not a drug addict or abuser or anything. I am a hardworking mother who desperately fought to see her children and let her kids grow up together. Judge meagher destroyed many lives forever by being a completely dissinterested judge.
I hope your mother never has to go in front of her because if your dad has more $$ than your mother. Your dad will win and ur mother will barely see u or know u.
Be grateful you know your mother cuz my kids barely do and it is literally bevause judge meagher doesnt care about the best interests of children.

Judge Meagher allowed overnight visitation with my child’s father who is a drunk. Known to that court house. Hit & run. Served no jail time. The first overnight visit resulted in her going to the ER for an abrasion caused by being left in a heavily soiled diaper causing a friction burn. This judge truly does not care about our kids. It’s all about who you know in my case. If you know people who work in this court personally , you are going to get a little slap on the wrist. they are more concerned about the drunks than they are about the children. No wonder why history repeats itself. Our children will just grow up dysfunctional thanks to people like judge meagher.
Update. Last weekend p/u my 1 1/2 yr old from drunk father’s place. Now she is smacking us (me &my non hillbilly family members) in the face. Judge meagher will probably get a laugh out of that. This sunday my daughter cried when i handed her over to her desperately in need of help father. He looks real bad. Scary. Brown teeth, shaky (dt’s from booze). Judge meagher must get a thrill out of scaring and scarring little ones.
It really doesnt help 2 b negative. Hopefully judge meagher made a good decision . All we can do is hope 4 the best and hope things will work out in the end. I’m through bashing judge meagher.
