This sounds so absolutely familiar to my story it is crazy. I just know Sean was leading me down this path and I refused to go. She is going to jail for harassment for not being allowed to see her children for 18 months, she sees her son as shes driving down the road yells out I love you to him and she is arrested. She had just adopted a child prior to leaving her husband. So she went thru the adoptin process and was deemed fit now she is going to jail. So friggin sad.

I dont understand how someone with this kind of education can be such a lying shifty heartless money grubbing person. But in my opinion he truly he one of those despised lying awful attorneys. My sister is an international lawyer so I do not hate all lawyers but damn this Marc Belerose guy is frightening to deal with. BEWARE OF CONSTANT LYING and shifty courtroom antics if you are in his presence. He also enjoys the color brown way too much and sweats a bunch. Also mentioning “girl issues” as a medical problem tend to trip him up in depositions. So if he asks you about your medical history say I have ” girl issues” he gets all flustered and changes the subject. Actually any discussion in relation or the presence of a girl especially a pretty girl gets him very flustered. I actually had him running through Worcester Court House like a little boy because he was screaming at me in the hall and an officer had to tell him to just let me sign the document. Very funny…not funny sad.. My mom and I were scared as Marc was all sweating and yelling at us how we were wasting his time in the courtroom because my husband threatened to harm me, I was wasting the courts time getting a restraining order. Custody battles are not fun.But here is his pic and profile and contact info from his site.  From what it seems like to me Mr. Bellerose was a spy in Germany. He probably was a one of those dual spies and made a ton of money selling us out to the Germans. He had a major in slavic languages. He totally is a shifty guy and I can see how he could lie completely totally make friends and make people believe him. Also I note that he was a clerk for years. Obviously understanding the importance of being a paper pusher. He has figured out that whatever paper gets put on top in the Docket that the Judge looks at the Judge takes for the truth. He also understands that no one actually goes back to check documents that are written in family court cases. So basically you can write a new document filled with errors everytime you file a document in the family court system. The Judge does not remember or have the time to go back and check the facts so they assume everything in the document is factual and accurate. However in reality the Judge does not go back and check so while fillng the court document with papers and changing and lying and adding material to his docket the Judge forgets even what the case is about or what is the truth. All she has to go on is the latest document written by her trusted attorney who was once a clerk to refresh her memory of the case. Marc Bellerose also does this in the courtroom. He usually starts every hearing with a summary of the case. Filling the head of the Judge with selacious lies and the juiciest tidbits he can come up with. He een throws in some complete lies, fabrications and some things the Judge has already ruled are untrue and inadmissable. But it being so long ago that she heard the case she just trusts that Marc Bellerose is telling the truth and believes every word he says. AGAIN  I have a court appointed GAL, a special GAL, court appinted psychologist all reporting to the court that I should have full and legal custdoy. What is a special GAL you may ask? I never heard of that.. Well, it is when the GAL appointed by the court comes back with an assesment that Marc Bellerose does not like. Oh yeah this is funny. Marc Bellerose in the courtroom stated you can go and read the minutes…. that we need a special GAL in our case because he thinks my mother slept with the court appointed GAL. HAHAH you know what was even funnier… when the Special GAL came back and agreed with the first GAL that I Nina Gambone the twins biological mother should hae full custody of my children. Yet somehow the Judge has ordered the direct opposite with no trial no hearing and no findings against me. Maybe the Judge is a German being paid by the US ok ok enough with my crazy theories…. but come on you have to admit this case is completely ludicrous. What is going on here? Attorney Profiles

 Marc G. Judge Meaghers Past

Just a little note on how she got where she is today. Nothing to interesting just wanted to post it for reference and to note where she has been in schooling and such. I am honestly tryin gto figure out why she has made this ludicrous decision in my case ignoring all her court appointed expert opinions.

I got this from a press release when Mitt Romney awarded her the title of Judge I guess and forever to be named “honorable” whenever one needs to address her.

Denise Meagher who was chosen for the Worcester Probate and Family Court, has been a sole practitioner since 1994, serving in the field of probate and family trial law. From 1989 to 1994, she worked for Weinstein, Bernstein & Burwick, P.C. Meagher was an Assistant City Solicitor in Worcester Law Department from 1988 to 1989 and also worked at the Law Office of James F. Connors in Fitchburg from 1987 to 1988.

Meagher has done extensive pro bono work throughout the years for the Worcester Probate Court. She was also the Assistant Town Counsel for the Town of Shrewsbury from 1994 to 1996.

Meagher graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1984 and her law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1987.

I just found this interesting case concerning Honorable Judge Meaghers custody decision in another case.

Here is a quote from the article… this is what the justice found out about Meaghers ruling…

“The single justice found that “potentially significant facts may not have been fully developed or given adequate consideration in the trial court.” The Appeals Court said in its Feb. 22 ruling that it “substantially” agreed with that assessment and was sending the case back to Worcester Probate and Family Court for further proceedings

According to the decision, Judge Meagher “misunderstood and misapplied relevant legal principles and failed to make the careful factual findings necessary” for determining the key issues in the case. The Appeals Court also found that Judge Meagher erred in dismissing Ms. Shao’s complaint for a division of marital property…….”

Im so shocked that Judge Meagher misunderstood and misapplied something or that potential or important facts were not considered in her ruling. <<<<please note sarcasm

It is also interesting to note that the court system took 7 years of my constant vigilance over $17,000 in legal fees a two week trial, a court appointed GAL report, a court appointed special GAL and a court appointed psychologist to say that I should have full legal custody but still Judge Meagher denied me custody.

Now without a trial or any new evidence or any changes besides my address she gives Sean Wertheim and Crystal Clark full legal physical custody and makes me pay child support. I have to fight for 7 years just to get half custody. I have it for almost a year I do everything I am supposed to do. Sean continualy breaks the divorce arrangements set out by the judge by not bringing them to visits. Bringing them to visits early then driving off witht the kids in the car screaming and crying. When I show up at his home to get the twins he locks all the windows and the doors and keeps the children hidden and crying inside not answering the phone or doors.

I wrote the Judge Meagher telling and begging her to speak to my children. I wrote begging for the mercy of the court to please finally hear all of our cries. I get no reply no response no hearing no trial. Judge Meagher against all court appointed officials just sent out the paper without any warning or conference or contact to me that she has given full legal and physical custody to their father. For no reason. The Worcester court system is messed up. Judge Meagher is so confused and wrong I do not even understand how a person can live with herself, knowing what she is doing to my children.

Someday my children are going to stand up for themselves and tell her what she has done to them. They will let everyone know and I will stand beside them.

Some info on Crystal Clark

I am told by the twins that Crystal does mortgages. I found her link here I am supposing she used her “expertise” to help Sean Wertheim basically take over our home and destroy my life. I am supposing it is how she mantains her lifestyle now even though she is a convicted felon for distributing cocaine. I am not saying she is still distributing cocaine but my children have claimed they have seen white powder in the house and that Crystal and Daddy go down into the basement when friends are over and do not let them see what they are doing. I personally know that Sean Wertheim was a drug dealer when I was with him. I saw him distribute and pick up drugs. I decided that lifestyle was not for me which is why I am not with him. However Sean works in a grocery store and Crystal does mortgages. They have been to Disney own a bunch of cars live in Sudbury MA own a pool and home etc… Im just sayin….

Not that the Honarable Judge Meagher or Marc Bellerose of Hart or Sheldon Law group care that my children are living with a drug dealer and Crystal who is a convicted felon. Nope the Worcester court system doesnt care.  My daughter had her arm broken for 2 days and daddy nor Crystal noticed it. My son called me saying his sister was crying that she hurt her arm and no one cared. I could tell from his voice alone he was concerned and it was serious. I got her on the phone and she was crying. She said 2 days ago she fell off the swingset and her arm still hurt. I told her immediately to make daddy and Crystal take you to the doctor. I also told her brother to make daddy and Crystal take her to the doctor cry, thrown yourself on the ground whatever get to a hospital. This is without even being able to see them. On my next pickup visit my daughter comes running up to me with her arm in a cast. No phone call or letter from a  doctor or daddy or Crystal just my daughter all of a sudden in a cast.

Judge Denise Meagher and Marc Bellerose of Sheldon law offices do not care about my children, or their safety. If they did they would be concerned about my childrens broken arm, repeated DSS investigations, a convicted felon, a known drug dealer, a death metal band with Nazi tie ins, repeated lice infestations of my daughters hair, stitches in my sons head.

Nope. Judge Meagher and Marc Bellerose continue to go against all of their Worcester court appointed professionals opnions and leave my children with their father because he lives in Sudbury. Because they say Sudbury has better schools. Well my son found a needle in the bathroom and had to get shots for it, and in his school a kid stabbed another kid to death. Oh yeah Sudbury has better schools. Oh and their former principal Clifton Lapointe made me get a court order in order for my childrens papers to be sent home to me. I had legal and physical joint custody. Even after I got those documents I did not get any notices or documents. The school told me it was up to their dad to send me the notices. I have missed all school dances plays everything. Sean Wertheim and Crystal Clark do not feel its important to let the chidlrens mommy know about anything ever that happens to her own children.

These are the people Judge Meagher and Marc Bellerose have let raise my children. I do not understand how these tyes of people can sleep at night. Knowing the damge they are causing to my childrens and probably numerous other childrens lives.

Child Custody in MA is messed up

I am the mother of 3 children.
I live with my oldest son who is 15.
I lived with my twins until they were three and I seperated from their father.
I take my children to the doctor, feed and bathe them and more importantly love them. 

 I just got a letter giving my ex full custody legal and physical of my precious twins. I do not understand how as I have been though 7 years of court appointed professionals telling the court that I should have custody of my children. I have had a court appointed GAL a special GAL a court appointed therapist and psychologist all give the court offical court documents and recommedations stating that I should have full custody.

I do not have a criminal record have been to every single visitation and custody hearing, and done everything that the court has asked me to do.

However, Judge Denise L. Meagher of Worcester Family Court has continually ignored her own court appointed recommedations. I have spent thousands, countless tears and years of anguish trying to return the twins to live with myself and their brother. Now it is official. Sean Wertheim and Crystal Clark of Sudbury Massachusetts have full physical and legal custody of my children and I who am unemployed and owed over $20,000 in past due child support from my oldest sons father owes Sean and Crystal Clark $80 for child support.

Sean Wertheim was my best friend and husband for years. I left him because he was a drug dealer who smoked pot all the time, was overweight, had an erectile dysfunction disorder and was more concerned with his band than our family. Sean currently has a full time job with Whole Foods Market, a recording studio in his basement called Nobscott Studios and is in a death metal band which features scary Holocaust photos for its cd cover.

Crystal Clark is Sean Wertheims girlfriend who is about 10 years older than Sean. She is also a convicted felon for selling cocaine. She is also the person who Judge Meagher has found most appropriate to raise my children because this is the person my children spend most of their time with. She currently makes glass beads and does reverse home mortgages.

Marc Bellerose who is Sean Wertheims attorney continually lies in court and maneuvers within the Worcester MA court system unabated. Marc Bellerose is a ferocious lawyer who does and says anything to intimidate and paint a wholly biased unfair and wrong picture. He brings up issues in the court that Judge Meagher has already ruled on at at earlier time were irrelevant or inadmissable but because we have been going thru this for years Judge Meagher forgets and she lets Marc Bellerose speak anyways. Marc Bellerose does not care about the GAL recommendations or what is best for the children. He cares about cash. I am almost suspecting that there is some sort of deal that Marc Bellerose has made with Judge Meagher as it seems pretty incredible to me that after all the court officials have told her that I should have custody she coninutally finds in favor of Sean. Nothing else makes any sense.

This has been a truly grueling and sad custody battle. My children who are twins and are 9 cry on the phone to me to please come and get them. They have hidden in my car at drop offs clinging to me to not let them go. They beg on the phone please Mommy come and get us. Crystal smacks us in the head and hides us in the house when you come to pick us up on your regular visits. My daughter has had lice no less than 4 times in this year alone, the children come to my house with knotted matted hair dirty fingernails and ask to please take a bath. According to my daughter Crystal Clark does not allow baths in her home.

My son suffers terribly from not being with me. He was a lovey baby always on my lap and hugging and kissing me. Today and after being seperated from me for so long. He is an angry little boy who lashes out at everyone. The professionals see it and tell the judge and the school. Somehow the school thinks they need to call DSS and end up blaming me or my oldest son for his behavior. All he wants is to be with his mommy. He tells everyone this. Please let me be with mommy please. The Worcester Court Judge Meagher, Sean Wertheim, Crystal Clark and Marc Bellerose have continually denied my son his one request. To live with his mommy.

My daughter is a girly girl. She loves dress up and girly girl things. However Crystal does not allow this. She tells her that clothing from Walmart in the girls section is not appropriate for her. She continually makes her wear ill fitting hand me downs. My daughter loves fashion and hair and playing dressup. Crystal does not allow play of that kind. Instead they bring my children to the Sudbury dump to pick out clothing and toys. My daughter also tells me they get clothing from the church. I have bought my children numerous stylish yet age appropriate clothing yet it continually is misplaced.

Any toys that come home from myself or clothing that myself and the children buy together the children never see again. Crystal and Sean have repeatedly “misplaced” any and all items concerning me. This has been going on for years. Sean and Crystal have thrown away a special calendar that I made for the twins so they could see when my visits were. According to Sean he did not want the kids waiting to see me so he destroyed this custom made calendar filled with family photos and visit dates with hearts on them. There is so much more but today I am too sad to write any more.

Sean, until a week before going to court does not allow the children to make phone calls to me. He has hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation with me and the twins. He has driven to my house an hour early for visits then when I arrive he drives off with the kids in the car screaming and crying.

This whole ordeal started awhile ago and with Sean Wertheims mother Linda Coolen who lives in Needham. There is a long story here which I will write at some point but….She continually has denied myself visits to see the chidlren and denied my entire family of seeing the children. Under no court order, Linda Coolen, would only allow myself an hour visit supervised by her. This went on for months. I would drive an hour to see my chidlren play with them for an hour while Linda Coolen and Guy Coolen stood in the doorway. I bought my chidlren christmas presents and was told by Linda that she would not give the children presents from me, nor let them talk to the phone with me as she put it “no magic mommies”. She also had the children call her momma. She told the court I had not taken them to the doctor nor fed them and gave them lead poisioning. All of which is so completley untrue. I will post actual medical documents and such at a later time.

I am hoping others can read this in Worcester County. I hope others in Worcester MA can read and learn about the awful custody dispute I have gone through and realize that it is our children that are hurting. My son and daughter tell their teachers and therapists in school and everywhere to please help them to see their mommy. Please help them, they do not want to live with daddy. They want to live with their brother and mommy. The school and therapists call DSS and then accuse me of making them say things and do things.

Read this if you re going through child custody in MA and that when you see Judge Meagher or Attorney Marc Bellerose or head into any Worcester Courthouse they know what they are getting into. I do not know if my case is a typical one. I just know my children are suffering and until they are old enough and that Judge Meagher will listen to them they are stuck in an unhealthy enviornment begging and longing to be with their mother.

I am Nina Gambone, the mother of 3 awesome children who loves her children more than life itself and wishes more than anything to have my children live together again as brother and sister once again. I never had my children taken away or was found to be dangerous or a bad mother actually I have had all court appointed officials recommend to the court that I be given full custody. Yet we are at a point now where Judge Meagher has given my ex husband full legal and physical custody.

Unbelieveable. Hopefully, I will be able to write more about the past soon. I just had to get this out there quick so others maybe can learn and make some sense out of the child custody system in MA. Where money and lawyers matter more than kids and moms.
